My Mission
I believe in the ability of the written word to make change. I want to use my writing and editing skills to highlight issues within our society locally, nationally and globally while giving a voice to those who do not have one.
I have been published in: Newsweek, the Eagle-Tribune, Central Mass Town Square, WGBH, The Worcester Telegram & Gazette, Big Easy Magazine, The Week UK, The Pottstown Mercury, The Forward and more. I also have hosted and edited a successful podcast, The Campus Hunger Project Podcast, which highlighted 40 students across the nation and their stories on food insecurity and advocating around the issue. There were also bonus episodes that included talks with Congressman Jim McGovern and First Lady of Pennsylvania Frances Wolf. I have the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage my time, and maintain enthusiasm for any project I take on. I am confident that I possess the organizational, communication, and technical skills required of my future endeavors.
Most recently, I was a reporter at Newsweek. Previously, I completed my Master's in Journalism at Northwestern University, specializing in investigative journalism. I completed my Master’s in Communications at Clark University, following my Bachelor’s in both self-designed journalism and psychology with a minor in English.
